What Civil Engineering Covers

The scope covers site plans, grading and drainage design, stormwater management, paving and site layout, water, sewer and utility connections, and erosion control, engineered to the site's actual conditions and coordinated with the architectural work so the building and the land it sits on are designed as one project.

We handle the agency requirements that come with it: county and municipal site plan review, utility department approvals, and water management district permitting where the project calls for it. You receive a complete set, signed and sealed and ready to submit.
