Ariadne Luchini, Founder

Ariadne Luchini founded Line Arch Design on a singular vision: to create spaces no one has dared to create before.

She approaches every project as an opportunity to explore architecture beyond convention, reimagining layouts, floor plans, and design possibilities to deliver work that is genuinely unique to each client. That same relentless standard extends to how she leads: always present, always answering, always delivering an extremely high level of customer service and consultation. Committed, transparent, and driven by the power of coordination, Ariadne leads a full-service architecture design, engineering, and interior design practice, guiding every client from the initial site study to a fully approved, permit-ready design.

How We Work: One-Stop Shop

At Line Arch Design, every project follows one path: from the first look at a piece of land to a fully approved, permit-ready design in the hands of the city. We manage that entire journey so our clients never have to piece it together themselves.

  1. 01

Site & Feasibility Study. Before a single line is drawn, we study the land itself (zoning, constraints, and possibilities) so every design decision that follows is grounded in what can actually be built.

  2. 02

Design & Concept. Our design and drafting team turns that groundwork into layouts, floor plans, and concepts built around each client's goals, exploring possibilities most firms wouldn't consider.

  3. 03

Process & Permitting. In parallel, our process and permitting team takes the design through the city's approval pipeline, drawing on deep, hands-on experience with Florida's municipal and state requirements to keep the project moving and avoid unnecessary delays.

  4. 04

Approval. The result is a project that arrives fully approved and permit-ready, coordinated from end to end under one roof.

What holds every stage together is how we work with our clients, not just for them. Every project has a single point of contact, so nothing gets lost between teams or, when outside specialists are brought in, between partners. Communication is constant, questions are answered as they come up, and every commitment is honest and transparent from the first conversation to the final approval. It's a level of coordination and client care that is rare in the design and construction industry, and it's the standard we hold ourselves to on every project.
